Shipments to Recipients within the Cincinnati Area
For recipients that live within the Greater Cincinnati area, you will have an option to send your shipment via FedEx ground usually arriving 1 day after shipment. These orders using ground delivery can only be shipped between Monday and Wednesday to ensure timely delivery. If you require an earlier delivery time, please reference the table below to upgrade your delivery service.
Shipments to Recipients Outside the Cincinnati Area
During the Cool Season (October 15 - April 30), standard shipping orders are sent via 2nd Day Air, Tuesday-Wednesday. Rush shipping orders are sent via Overnight Express delivery, Monday-Thursday. During the Warm Season (May 1 - October 14), all orders are sent via Overnight Express delivery, Tuesday – Thursday.
All Shipments
- Orders placed by 12pm EST are usually shipped by the next business day
- Orders are never shipped over the weekend
- We are unable to ship to PO Boxes
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company
FedEx has permission to leave packages at the specified shipping address if there is no one to sign for the delivery. Marble Hill is NOT RESPONSIBLE and will ot offer refunds for packages that are stolen or damaged after they are delivered to the address that is specified by the customer. If you choose the “Signature Required” option, your package will be delivered only if it is signed for. If no one is present at the time of delivery, then by standard FedEx regulations, they will make 2 more delivery attempts before they return the package to us. Marble Hill is NOT RESPONSIBLE and will not offer refunds if the package is melted or damaged after the first delivery attempt has been made. Marble Hill cannot be responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect shipping addresses.
